The annual eToro Popular Investor Summit took place in Abu Dhabi last week. The event offered a chance for Popular Investors to network with other investors, eToro employees and clients.
The takeaways I came back with from the conference were:
1. eToro CEO @yoniassia is committed to making the Popular Investor program a success. I was impressed by Yoni’s presence and vision.
2. eToro wants to improve the copier experience. eToro’s Global Director of Product Marketing attended, and I got a chance to talk to him about improvements that could be made to the platform.
3. Speaking of improvements, eToro announced an important one to CopyTrading last week: Automatic Reallocation. This feature more closely aligns copier portfolios with that of the Popular Investor being copied.
4. The Popular Investor community is a fun one to hang out with, with people happy to support each other.
Thank you @eToroTeam for organising such a great event. The summit reinforces my belief that eToro has a unique value proposition with CopyTrading. It would not surprise me if CopyTrading grew 10 times from here.
Allianz and Itau were substituted for Unum and Credicorp.
